"Nous sommes restés une seule nuit l'accueil était très bien la chambre propre la douche impeccable le petit-déjeuner très bien. le seul bémol c'est que la chambre pour 4 personnes 2 adultes et 2 enfants de 12 et 10 ans le lit pour les 2 enfants été trop juste. Pour une nuit ça va mais pour 2 voir plus il faut bien validé la taille du lit avec l'accueil."

"We were a bit worried before arriving, due to some very mixed reviews. However, our stay was good. We used the shuttle bus without any problems, there was always space. There is a lot of choice in the breakfast and evening buffets. Our booking through Expedia also allowed access to "the lounge" where you could get drinks and nibbles at set times, late afternoon and evening. The only annoying thing was a booking system for breakfast and dinner. Dinner slots went live at 3pm and breakfast at 9pm...

"Wonderful hotel. I will definitely come back. The bed is excellent, soft like clouds! I did not want to leave my bed in the morning. Breakfast selection is decent too. In your hotel room, there is very detailed muti-page recommendation of places and food to try. It is written in both japanese and english. The location is about 5mins from Matsumoto castle. Check if the castle does light up at night during your stay."
