"Good hotel. Straight across the road from Hauptbahnhof and different tram rotues. Rooms were good. Balconies (although we didn't use them) were a surprise. Perhaps not the hotel's fault but one of the lifts was out of action for two days. Long walk to the 7th floor. Reception was very busy when we came to collect our luggage when leaving hotel."

"This is my second time staying at the social hub. Positives: 1) excellent location in district 2 near public transportation and the prater 2) outstanding breakfast 3) excellent friendly service 4) laundry and gym on site. It reminds me of a youth hostel that caters to younger people and offers organized opportunities for socializing. Downside: 1) room decor is dark and black 2) it’s clean enough but not immaculate. It’s a great option for the cost."

"My group loved the rooms, the unusually style, the layout and mostly the excellent shower. The staff are so welcoming, friendly and helpful. The hotel is only a short walk to either a tram stop, underground station or bus stop but not too much of a walk into the main city centre.
