A small issue when we checked in, with our booking transferring over, however the gentalman who checked us in, was very helpful and we received an upgrade to the top floor with a room facing the canal, which was lovely. "Truly a wonderful hotel, conveniently located in Osdorp shopping center! Very clean rooms! Everything you need is within walking distance, even public transportation! Front desk staff were amazing! Super friendly, polite, caring and very professional too! No matter what time of the day, I was always welcomed with a smile and warm greeting! They truly made my stay so much more enjoyable! Elandsgracht is pleasant enough on its own, but this spot leaves you with the Jordaan, Leidesplein, Oud-West, Vondelpark and Museumplein, and Sound Garden all in easy distances (just to name a few)."

"This hotel was fun to stay at. it is nice and clean and the staff was really friendly. The hotel bar and restaurant are excellent. It is very nicely located next to the train station and lots of food and shopping. It is a short 7 to 9 minute train into Amsterdam Centraal and about a 25 minute bus ride to Zaanse Schans. "Lovely property with a good view. minutes away from the main train station, tram and buses. Bike riding is a real thing here and it is lovely to people watch just going about their day on the bicycles. Also the largest bike park is next to the hotel. A lovely shopping center is a couple minutes walk from the hotel. "
