"This is the best place to stay in Ho Chi Minh with a family. Honestly nothing is too much trouble for the staff and they fix any issue immediately. In a chaotic city, this hotel was a welcome reprieve. Nothing but good things to say about this hotel. District 7 might seem a long way from the tourist attractions of D1, but the Grab rides were easy to get and meant we slept well without the constant noise or honking of horns. "One thing happened. Some misguided employee use the master key early in the morning to open our door while we were sleeping look around grab our key card , and slam the door. The management said it was a case of mistaken room however they did not tap on the door to see if it was empty. Anyway, they apologized profusely and other than that we love the place. However, on this visit, I stayed at the Holiday Inn Suite Saigon because it presented many upsides, like proximity to the airport, free shuttle bus from and to, and a superb large pool! The staff was outstanding. They constantly reached out to see if they could make my trip more enjoyable. I found a gem in this hotel and plan to book with them next year."
