"Got a kitchenette that I couldn't use. Immediately complained and was to sorry, can't help you. Sent photos to the booking app, who reached out to the hotel owner. Sink was so small I couldn't even wash anything besides a small bowl or plate. No pans as they were too big. Kitchen sink from the apartment, plus the apartments on the 2nd floor right above my room, drains into the tub, then down the system due to bad plumbing. "Stayed here for a swim meet at the Seton YMCA. Super convenient location, lots of food and shopping near by. Hotel staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. Room was spacious, Beds were very comfortable and quiet. Breakfast was excellent with a large variety of foods. Will stay again. Highly recommend "
