"This hotel was amazing for our plan to go to Universal Studios! Great location! Staff was so nice. They have a money exchange machine with an ok rate there but very convenient. They have different food options on site as well which is very helpful. Overall very enjoyable stay in a great location and walkable to the park and the City Place area with lots of restaurants."

"We had adjoining rooms which were convenient though very small as with most rooms in Japan. Breakfast was good with an option for Japanese or American style. They are very strict with check in and check out times though you can pay early to check in after noon.
