"Great service, Lovely staff. Rooms were clean bed was comfy, just the headboard of the bed was a bit dirty, the leather of the headboard was starting to peel but nothing major. Excellent food could have been a bit hotter. No problem at all with a late check out when asked the morning before. Excellent location. Very happy couple :)"

I was check in quickly and shown to my room promptly with the kind attendant guiding me to my room in order to check which key worked for my door. Breakfast in the morning was wonderful and quickly cooked, and then brought right to me. I greatly appreciate the staff and how accommodating they were. If I return to cork in the future I would be happy to stay here again. "

"I arrived late after work and being on the road for a few hours. I had missed the cutoff for barfood by a few minutes but reception called them and placed an order for me which was ready at the bar 10 mins later. Check in was fast and efficient with very friendly and polite staff. Room was clean but the heating was overpowering and I had to turn off the radiator. The bathroom was clean and my only single complaint was the shower head as the water flow was poor and the nozzles could probably do...

They had to deal with an unfortunate and out of their control issue regarding the water supply but they had a great solution in place and handled it fantasically.
