"The hotel staffs are very nice and helpful but the Family mart staff was not. Hotel is a bit outdated, equal to Motel standard. Airport shuttle driver park his bus outside not in front of the hotel and there was no calling out so we sat there waiting but missed the bus."

"It is a perfect stopover before taking an evening trip. We paid $5 per hour fee for late checkout. The hotel provided transportation to the airport, which was very comfortable. We use their gym. Their noodle soup was good a la carte. 711 stays open, 24 hours a day. Bought water and desserts. This is the second time I use this hotel on a stopover. "

"Walking distance from the train station and really close to Narita Airport, 24 hr check in, which is a perfect combination when arriving late to your destination and the airport is far away from the city."

"Great mini getaway with my 12 year old. Double bed was big enough for both of us to get a good nights sleep and Japanese buffet breakfast included for this price? Incredible value. Friendly staff, English information sheets. There is an extra cost of 100 yen for a spare towel (we got rained on) but extra pillows are free ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️"

"very reasonable price, clean and with breakfast included staffs are helpful and nice The city Yuuki also has nice local made sake and beer that could buy in nearby liquor shop right place to stay for my Motegi Super GT trip"

"They moved me to the top floor corner room (away from sound and elevator etc) with no hassle. Nice staff, very friendly, and the price was great."

"Train station is just round the corner. Takes about an hour to get to Shinjuku. A quiet place despite it being located next to the rail tracks. Good, and wonderful buffet breakfast. Staff has no problem with English. Will come stay again."
