"The hotel is not in a good condition, rooms have bathtubs which are very tall and not easily accessible. Security safe was broken and had to call a technician to reset it twice. We had a leak from the room above and had to relocate due to unsanitary condition. Majority of the front desk people were not pleasant to communicate with. Attention to details and customer service is not existent. It is shame since this is the only hotel in Primosten and at the superb location directly on the beach...

"Apartment was comfortable, modern decorated and a good bed. Stove, fridge and supplies as promised. Nice modern bathroom and good shower. It is right in the middle of old town, so if you have a car you will need to park away from there. There is a lot with day rates, but its a 10 min walk. We were fine with it though - but just know that going into it. Also other lots closer are hourly, so expensive if you're staying a couple days. The courtyard photo looks nice but we never used it. "We loved the hotel! First, all the staff was absolutely amazing. Very nice, accommodating, always smiling and in good mood. It was a real pleasure dealing with everyone at the check in, restaurant and bar. Breakfast was excellent and coffee too. "Restaurant was not amazing, but the staff were nice and the rooms were great. Due to the timing of the visit, the waterfront bars and open air restaurants closed early, but the drive into the old town area was straightforward and public parking area was clean, safe and easy. "

"The place is amazing to relax with your family. Many sports activites, but if you dont stay many days it not sure that there are any timeslot free. I also wish that you could rent towels. Our bungalow didnt have any washing line, which was a minus. Also wish for more hooks inside the bungalow. Aside from that the property are very nice and i can find us coming back :) "

The on-site parking was much appreciated as it is a busy area being so close to Krka National park. There are many cute restaurants and shops just steps from this hotel. "
