"Extremely disappointed with the service as we had called before hand to ask about the amenities and they said everything is available, however, after reaching the hotel, no amenities were available except the pool which was extremely dirty and full of chlorine. "First, none of the staff were wearing masks in these COVID times, even after we requested them to.in fact one young chap even had the audacity to tell us why they were not required. Second, on arrival the reception was unattended and we spent a few minutes till somebody came by to check us in. The room phone does not work, so there is no way to call for room service or housekeeping. The bloke who advised us against masks did give us his cell number to call, except that it was in the back pocket...
