"I like the clean room with a balcony. I like the birds chirping and singing especially in the morning. I like to wake up to the sound of chicken clucking. All of this within minutes of walk to the busiest areas in Seminyak. The clean pool is a bonus when I needed to cool down. Friendly staff. Recommended."

"Fantastic location with beautiful rooms. You can snorkel off the reef and see turtles and octopus. The staff were very friendly and the food excellent. Very close to massage parlours and shops. I would recommend hiring a scooter to get around."

"So-so hotel. Rooms were subpar and mine had ants on the counter with the amenities. Bed was comfortable though. If sleep is the only thing you need in a hotel, this place is alright."

"Great room, big bed, v clean and nice bedding, big smart samsung tv cool shower and large outside bath on the balcony. great AC too. Cool room 4 the price and v friendly staff"

"Was good for price. Central to everything and the staff were really friendly The rooms were nice size, however the drains in bathroom were clogged and a bit smelly at times Bed very hard also Rooms cleaned daily and cleaning staff were excellent. Only downside were my neighbours stayed outside my window smoking all night and drinking and smoke came straight into my room, ended up getting sick from it. Maybe need to have designated smoking rooms as for non smoker very unpleasant "

"The resort is in a great area. Accessible to shop's and dining. Also walkable. My biggest complaint is the room is out dated. The restroom looks like a rundown public washroom. It needs immediate renovation."

"Very tired looking, particularly the bathroom, shower head is cracked so water goes everywhere, mould on the grout, tub and basin stained so looks gritty even though it’s not, definitely needs a makeover. It is certainly adequate for short stays. Staff are lovely, food is good, location is convenient too."

"I booked this location because on GPS it seemed walkable. The road from the main road is really steep, and I would not say it is walkable to the main. The area around the property is very nice walk in the rice fields. There are a few nice big restaurants near by, and its wonderful to see fireflies at night. "

"The pool and the breakfast were superb. As well, the staff was more than accommodating and could not have been friendlier. The room was very nice and very clean."
