"This is a large, opulent hotel with several restaurants and a very helpful staff. They arranged transportation and a tour guide for our custom itinerary with no hesitation. The club level bar area was well worth the upgrade... delicious food served frequently and the wine was good. The service was the highlight, as they will go out of their way to accommodate you, and make sure you are happy. Highly recommend."

I arrived early for check-in around 11:30 AM and was informed that my room was being prepared, with an expected availability by 1:00 PM. "Good location, staff are in need of an upgrade, for a 5 star hotel I expect a better standard of service. Very busy hotel with a late check in, for the price better to pay a little extra and stay in a proper 5 star hotel. Pool is extremely cold and only 6-7 beds which is not enough "

"My stay was pleasant. The Hotel is well maintained and clean. Breakfast had limited options, but was filling. South indian was served and the Taste can be improved. Hotel is required to make guests feel more warmth and comfortable and reduce the waiting time at Check-in & Check-out."

"There is an amazing bellboy who works in concierge and is mute. Please pass on my compliments to him for his amazing service. If there was an employee of the month award, i would gladly award him. "This hotel is always a pleasure to visit. It is beautiful, the staff, is lovely, and the food is excellent. The architecture and interior design are excellent and they have a very interesting gift shop as well. It is a historic place hotel, and in my opinion the best place to stay in Delhi if one wants old world flavour!"
