"A very mixed bag. The location is amazing and we had an incredible view from our balcony. The room was large, comfortable and clean. The issue is with the service. I messaged multiple times before arriving to ask for help arranging a transfer from the station. I got no response. There was nobody at the reception when I came to check in (or ever). The hotel was advertised as having a pool. It does not have a pool. Overall we enjoyed our stay but the terrible service took the gloss off "

"Great family business, super friendly and these guys all went out of their way to make this a memorable trip, even driving us out of Palmi to take us to a neighbouring town. "The hotel DOES NOT provide free airport transportation as stated in the description. The plus sides of the hotel are: the food is excellent and good value for money, our 2 waitresses were very friendly and efficient. Now for the down side .......
