"The property grounds are nice, spacious and well kept. The beach beautiful. We had a standard room, very noisy and with the view to the parking lot, tried to change rooms but the receptionist didn't do nothing about it. Tried the next day, same answer. These girls at the reception are useless, they do not helped in any way. Tried to get a late checkout, same thing. No help at all. Too bad that such a nice hotel have these type of people working there, it makes you think twice in going back."

"The property itself is nice and clean. The staff was friendly and welcoming. The resort is 10-15min away (by car) from downtown Porto de Galinha where all stores and restaurants are; therefore either you have to have a car, a rental, or use uber. Which is all right, if you are prepared for it… just be aware! The beach around the resort is nice and much less busy then the ones around downtown Porto de Galinhas, which is very pleasant. Overall we loved our stay! "

Don’t know where to start : Loose electrical wires - inadequate plumbing : old outdated and almost impossible to get a medium hot shower The hairdryer did not function and looked really dirty and no alternative was offered and its fitting on the wall was loose . "I loved staying here and so did my mom who is pretty picky hahaha! The staff were super friendly, the food was great and the property is only a short walk to the beach. "First time visiting Brazil. Porto de Galinhas is beautiful and safe. The people are very friendly. Baia Branca Porto de Galinhas hotel is in a perfect location. The staff is super friendly and the breakfast is delicious. My only complaint is that we were charged for water bottles. Found that strange. Apart from that, everything was spectacular. "
