"We recently stayed in the Penthouse Suite. Our room was spacious and clean. The view was amazing, overlooking the bay and marina with floor to ceiling windows. It’s only a few hundred yards to all of the restaurants on 5th Avenue. Friendly staff upon check in. We’ll definitely be back soon. "

"We like it all, except that in the bathroom, the shower set up was crazy. They had installed the shower in the middle of the wall, facing towards the outside/curtains of the shower. There was only 1 cloth curtain, and the water came all over the bathroom floor, making it a hazard to anybody, as one could slip on the floor due to the water coming outside. The floor mat would not cover all that amount of water coming out. It was installed in the wrong section of the wall. We mentioned it...

"A bit of an older hotel, but- very reasonably priced especially for a place with a pool and a hot tub. Housekeeping is minimal, but i actually prefer that when I'm on vacation. Staff was very friendly, and accommodating. The room was very spacious, had a mid size fridge, kitchen, sofa sleeper and bedroom with a door. For value, you won't beat it!"

"Hotel is going through some renovations which I understand the property is in need of complete overall . Breakfast is provided by third party at only $10 per person which does not cover the cost the lady serving breakfast does not understand any concept on customer service whatsoever rude forgetful and not very pleasant "

"The property was very updated and clean. It had a warm breakfast breakfast buffet every morning eggs, bacon, waffles, bagels, toast, fruit, yogurt and juices. Enough to get you by until lunch. Staff was very friendly and helpful with any questions that I had. The only negative thing that I have to say is that I was there for four nights and housekeeping only came in once. However, I highly recommend this hotel."

"The local parons of the onsite Tiki Bar snd Grill were very friendly and welcoming. Meghan, at the front desk was bery intered in our travels and informative about the conveniences of the hotel. She kept us ingirmed off a change in time by email. Very thoughtful."

"I love this property.one of my favorite resorts stayed many, many times. I’m a light sleeper so I always bring ear plugs. The staff is awesome always friendly & helpful. Only drawback is the tight parking spots but that will get better once the renovations are completed. "
