"The reception closes at 7:00 pm. And then you have to walk to the restaurant to check in and then you have only until 10 pm. I showed up at 10:02 at the front door and tried calling - no one answered. And then I saw the sign saying to go to the restaurant. I ran to the restaurant hoping I made it in time and luckily I did. When I was checking out, I came down, again, no one at the reception desk, had to go to the restaurant and track someone down. "

"Hotel was disappointing. Our room was worn and smelled. We chose a triple room but third bed as a couch with the back cushions taken off. Two beds had one thin blanket and pillow. Other bed was bare. "

"We had a good experience here. We requested a double room but ended up with adjoining rooms. The second bathroom was a nice surprise. The free breakfast was a very nice as well. We used the Park and Ride about 20 minutes from the hotel to travel into Prague. It was a very affordable and not too inconvenient way to visit the city."

"A very nice traditional hotel. Rooms were clean and nice size. There is limited parking in front of hotel and parking on the adjacent street. Staff were courteous and attentive to service. A Kolin resident told me we were staying in the best hotel in Kolin. We were very satisifed with everything. Breakfast, included, was well appointed. Internet WIFI in the room worked perfect."

"From check-in to check-out, our stay was unexpectedly extraordinary and efficient. The location on the outskirts of Prague may seem to be out of the way but the 2-3 minute walk to the train station makes central Prague only a 15 minute ride away. "We got a call on our way there to check all was OK. When we arrived we were checked in super-efficiently and with great understanding that we were really tired. We were asked for dietary requirements so that we had suitable food for breakfast, which were there just as requested next morning. "Lovely hotel, nice furnishings, quick check in, well located. Welcome relief after travelling and loved the Nespresso machine in the room. Only downside was we were behind reception, next to the carpark, bar and stairs. So some disturbance from noise and not able to leave the window open so the room was warm. The breakfast was varied and plentiful. Lovely overall"

"This is an unusual property but served us well for a short visit. We booked at the last minute and our options were limited, next time I might prefer to be in the city center, but this is conveniently located next to the “Bone Church”. It would be great for a family with children, although I don’t think that we were the only childless guests."

"A very nice traditional hotel. Rooms were clean and nice size. There is limited parking in front of hotel and parking on the adjacent street. Staff were courteous and attentive to service.
