"Whilst the building is showing signs of age and is in need of a bit of TLC, the honesty and friendliness of the staff and the wonderful location is so good that it pales. The offer is limited (no evening food etc) but what the do offer is good "

"We booked 2 sea view rooms for our family and it was perfect for our short stay. Beautiful view and quick walk to the beach and cafe/restaurants. Bathrooms were modern and complimentary Greek biscuits were nice. Friendly reception. Would definitely stay again."

"The location is very good, close to town and a pretty nice beach. Our room was clean, but very basic, with very small bathroom. By American standards this hotel is a 2 star at best. Breakfast was just okay."

"This is a family-oriented hotel/water park 15-minutes (20 euros by taxi) north of Preveza. I stayed 1 night then moved to another hotel in city center. The staff was wonderful and accommodating. Clean, comfortable room. No amenities like even cups in the room, but got a cup on request. Great breakfast. Easy walk to beach."

"We stayed at Villa Elia for one week in August 2022. It is a lovely, quiet place with a large, well maintained garden/park, swimming pool, tennis court and it is only under 10 min walk from the nearest beach. Our apartment was a separate little house, with private outdoor sitting space, surrounded by banana trees and flowers. Everything was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious, plenty of options, from fresh fruit to eggs and muffins. The staff at Villa Elia were very welcoming,...

"This hotel is a secret gem in the med. The views are amazing! The family who run it are so so attentive and went the extra mile to make my brief stay perfect (serving restaurant food on my balcony, lending me local adapters, booking my transfers etc). Although tired in some places, the rooms are super clean and functional. The food is good quality and the facilities are decent. I especially enjoyed the pool and the beach at the hotel. "

"Warm welcome, clean spacious room. Pool is lovely and works very well for kids. Breakfast was pretty average but Covid affected. The local church starts ringing bells extremely loudly at 7am which is irritating. "

"There is nothing particularly 'wrong' with this hotel. It felt very out of season in full season. The location is great for the airport - only 10 miins drive. I was very annoyed that the lift didn't work - and we had to lug all suitcases up several flights of stairs. "This wonderful hotel is an oasis in amongst other residential and hotels. The staff couldn't do enough to help. The fabulous breakfast served to our table overlooking the sea was divine, served until 11.30am, perfect! Lovely swimming pool in the garden. Snacks and drinks etc served to the pool or on the beach.
