"The lighting around the hotel area isn't that great out on the streets after 11pm... As usual, the spa area can be kept cleaner and not full of hair and stuff around. Could make the spa smell nicer would be great. The pay parking machines weren't working well... Couldn't pay with my credit card. So annoying. Needs to be upgraded or fixed. Allow other methods of payment would be nice. Elevator service needs to improve. Always crowded and busy. "

"We always stay here when we have to get on or off the Shinkansen as it is not too far. The variety of dining and shot options also make us want to stay here and it is not as chaotic as in Tokyo city centre or Shinjuku. We prefer this place as it is easily walkable to the shops and dining places we often go to as we know what we're getting. The staff are always friendly by and approachable. "Property was wall situated near the Kannai Station and the pier. All short walking distance. Room was clean. Showers were hot and water pressure was excellent. Staff was very helpful. Laundry room was very convenient. Would definitely stay again. "

"Very comfortable and convenient place to stay in for a couple. The location is about 10 mins from Yokohama station so it was easy to locate. It is near a convenient store and it has a bath on the bottom floor! Clean, great staff that also accommodated us in English, and location is super convenient! Thank you!! "

"Looks like an older building but everything was clean and the amenities were good. The front staff were very friendly. The free welcome drink bar was a nice touch and 7-11 right next door if you need anything. Very happy with the stay, especially considering it was reasonably priced."

"The hotel was very nice! I usually stay in business hotels around Tokyo so it was surprising how much space it had. It was very easy to check-in. All I had to do was fill out a quick form with my phone number and address. They didn't care that my address and phone number weren't a Japanese address/phone number compared to some hotels. The area around the hotel was perfect. It is within walking distance from the station and there are many many places to eat and shop. There were days when I did not have to ride the train to go to a different area because they had almost everything within Shin-Yokohama. "
