"A BASIC hotel next to Burger King, a short walk to the Taj Mahal. The hotel was on a noisy busy road, the window frames were rotting which made the room cold. The staff told us that a heater was not included in the price but we could borrow one for 400 rupees. Breakfast was ok but they said it wasn’t included in our booking, but they checked again after we showed them our booking. Lastly at check out they asked us to wait while they sent someone to check our room which was unusual. "

"Booked this hotel as it was near the Taj Mahal and had a restaurant, roof top bar and pool. Booked for family of four over Xmas period. On arrival staff were polite but appeared at a loss that they had guest booking in. We quickly found out that the restaurant was not in working order and the pool and roof bar were also not usable.
