"We arrived Saturday afternoon around 14h30. The people at reception were helpful but the room was really terrible no view a very poor room all together. We asked the reception if they had something better they took us around the place and showed us a couple of other rooms but it was no better. They told us that they would refund the room but we did want to run the risk to be without any rooms at all. So we spent the night and checked out the next morning. "I wasn’t expecting much from the look of the front and the proximity to the airport but once I stepped inside realized that this is probably the coolest hotel I have ever stayed at. Super clean, great staff, beautiful view in front and many nice beaches close. Supermarket, pharmacy and deli a block away, nice bar and restaurant. Beautiful pool and wood everywhere. I will definitely be staying here again. Completely surpassed my expectations."

"Construction going on. lengthy check in. No privacy inside the bathroom: whoever is in the room can see what you’re doing inside the bathroom. Don’t come here. Pricey and awful customer service."

"The staff at the front desk were amazing—very helpful and kind. They provided us with great tips on places to go out, which we appreciated. We had an incredible stay overall. Although we experienced a minor issue with the hot water in the shower, they resolved it quickly and were very nice about it. We had a wonderful time and would definitely consider returning!"

"O quarto que alugamos era para 6 pessoa mas estávamos em 4 porém achamos muito apertado. Podia ter mais espelhos porque somente tinha um no banheiro que fazia congestionar a nossa arrumação pra sair. O café da manhã tem dias que estava agradável mas tinha que chegar mais cedo porque se enchia um pouco de hóspedes ja faltava muita coisa. Os funcionários eram bem solícitos. "
