"Really comfy little studio-like room with small kitchenette and lovely terrace. Very clean and modern. My only slightly negative point would be the later than usual check in time, but a staff member was happy for me to leave my bag. Would recommend and would definitely stay again."

"I’d really really like to give this property five stars. We were greeted by a friendly host who showed us the property and went over everything. For a bit under 600square feet it makes a terrific use of its space with plenty of storage and not one but two bathrooms. "Lovely little place with self-serve breakfast and shared living/dining area. Julio met us on arrival and helped us with bags up the one flight of stairs. Super convenient to the train/bus station."

"What a terrible experience. The property requires an access code to enter the rooms and I didn't receive the access code for my first night. I spent more than 2 hours with hotels.com support while they tried to contact the property to get me into the room. I also tried contacting the property myself but they did not answer. I did get into the property the next day but it left a sour taste in my mouth. Worst of all, I contacted hotels.com for a refund and they said they cannot do it because...

"Great flat clean and a good location in Porto."

"Nice place my only criticism is no soap provided in the shower and soap container at sink could not be moved. Also only one set of towels provided per person, which is not a problem, however nothing dried in the bathroom so towels had to be hung around the apartment to dry"
