The location was a little confusing since it was behind in the alley, however, tucked away made it less busy to access. "

"Not the cheapest hotel but value for money. Recommended! Same as the picture shown on the offical page. Pros: New. Very clean rooms and very spacious. Toilet with both shower and bath tub. "Quiet area, helpful staff. Great pool to take a dip. Bring your mosquito spray if you will be outside at night. Breakfast and dinner were filling, and nicely prepared. They have both buffet and a la carte decently priced for a place like this. Convenient to Sigiriya"

"We had three nights here. The temperature during the day was very hot and humid, as were the nights. Hibiscus villa has air conditioning and a fridge, which helped to make our stay comfortable. Service is very helpful. We needed a car and driver and this was arranged for us at short notice. Better to give a few days notice. Breakfast on the patio, surrounded by fruit trees and other plants was nice. Room is basic, but comfortable. If you choose to stay here you will be well looked after. "

"Sad case of lovely hotel falling into decay after Covid. We four were only guests for our two day stay. Staff could not do enough but could not find booking, pool very neglected and rooms although enormous could do with a large amount of tender loving care. One I hope succeeds in the future."

However on arrival I was slightly disillusioned and even moreso when during the night on a visit to the loo I stepped on a huge Centipede.... Definitely not as highly rated as the reviews show.. but comfortable in its own way."

"Amazing - no other words needed! A two night stay in one of the tree houses - had the camp to ourselves , which was perfect. Staff were fabulous and went out of their way to ensure our meals were varied both in location and food . Excellent on both counts . Wild elephant encounter on our way in, had to reroute on the way out due to ele on the road (? Same guy?) . But a great detour . Just chilled in the fish spa and ate lots. "
