The guy at the front desk said we can’t get into a room till 3:00 even if the room was ready. Strictly no early entry nor late checkout. "This was a fantastic property - potentially my and my husband’s favorite hotel we’ve ever stayed at. The hotel itself is beautiful and immaculate, the staff were attentive and friendly, the food was great and our room was stunning. We were worried about traveling to Paris with our three toddlers, but the hotel staff was incredibly helpful. They ensured our room was set up for them and provided great restaurant and activity recommendations. We will most definitely be back! "

"The view from my room was beautiful out the balcony. The shower was ridiculously small and inconvenient, the elevator was so small for a person over 150lbs, the staff was wonderful. I had a great time primarily because of the location and the balcony. If i was on an inner room i wouldn't have stayed longer than a night. I was lucky to have a street view and balcony! Staff was great! The walls are so thin i could talk to my neighbors which was embarrassing. "

Only downside is the elevator went out of order after my first night so I had to climb the narrow staircase for 5 floors - esp when checking out with luggage.
