"We stayed here when we first arrived in Mumbai and enjoyed the property and staff so much, we booked again on our return after touring south India. They just did some facade renovations that came out great in a historic building. Rooms either have attached bathroom or shared hostel type and both settings were clean with hot water. A/C in both rooms was working great. Rooms were both clean for check in. There’s a nice balcony with tables overlooking a busy street to just take in daily life....

"Got to the hotel and language barrier was the main issue only for them to inform my drive that I didn’t have a booking with them besides me showing my reservation and payment online, we were kicked out of their reception at 0400 Am. Very terrible experience wouldn’t recommend anyone to this poorly run facility."

"Booked on-line easy check in, room clean. Bathroom was pretty clean. Great wifi.helpful staff.Except the the bed linen it didn't feel clean. Cushions had lots of blood like stains which you could see through the covers. I used my own blanket and used a Tshirts over the Cushions. When i complained they didn't think it was a big deal..as im from the uk my expectations of cleanliness was very high compared to there's. "
