"Be careful where you park. Directions are not in English. I parked in a lot, received an 80 euros fine and still had to pay for the time spent in the lot. Had I known ot was restrictive parking there, I would not have parked there. Hauling luggage from the parking area is a chore"

"I rented a double private room, it was basically the size of the bed, you had to crawl over the bed to get to the one power plug in the room. I had to walk through the middle of the dorm room to go to the bathroom which I felt bad about as I was up very early to shower and leave. clean very basic. enjoyed having a kettle for tea in the kitchen."

"In Škrbina was het heerlijk rustig. We zijn hier een aantal dagen geweest om eens helemaal uit te rusten. Vroeg naar bed en laat eruit. Zolang er geen andere gasten zijn is dat prima. Maar als dat wel het geval is dan is het allemaal erg gehorig. Kerkklok die om 6am losgaat is even wennen. Dus neem oordoppen mee. Heb ik standaard mee. Verder absoluut een aanrader voor wie van rust en natuur wilt genieten. Uitbater wonen in het pand. Prijs kwaliteit verhouding is in orde."

"We stayed for three nights in early summer and had a great time. The apartment was well located just a couple of minutes walk from Bovec town centre, with a great view from the garden. It was well appointed with plenty of cooking facilities and the bed was extremely comfortable. Reception were friendly and helpful, would be good if they were open for longer hours but this is typical of apartment complexes of this type so not a big issue. Thoroughly recommended! "

" If you want a peaceful nights sleep don’t stay here, it’s SOOOO noisy:-( Loud music, doors slaming, people shouting at all hours even though it should be «quiet» after 11 pm….not a nice stay unfortunatley. It is also quite some way out of town so having a car is a plus. The Lady in the reception is very freindly and helpful and the hostel has nice views but that’s about it. "We had a relaxing stay in the squeaky clean apartment. Our host was very friendly and helpful. Our daily walks down to the village was a charm. Tiny streets opening on plazas, working waterfront, ocean side restaurants, lanes up to the overlooking cathedral, all added to the charm. Some fun shopping, but not over done. The village area was also accessible by car for those who do not walk as enthusiastically as we do. We will return."
