Despite the facilities listed when you look at rooms before reserving, there was only wifi near the reception and pool. The first day the aircon wasnt working, the second day there was no water for a while. I then waited half an hour at the desk to ask somebody to fix it. I got a message on Whatsapp at 6:57 that the desk would close at 7. I arrived about 7:30 and someone did come back to check me in. Then about an hour later I managed to lock myself out of my room (I know, I know). I messaged and in about 5 minutes, I got a response that they would return in about an hour and some minutes....
