"Really clean hotel with all the amenities you need. Basic but it’s what you pay for. The location is ideal as it’s very central. Was kindly upgraded to a private bathroom too and the 10% discount for the restaurant is a bonus which was excellent food. The woman on reception was very helpful and kind too. "Paolo was an amazing host. The B&B is in a fantastic location right off the main road. There are 4 rooms total, each one is decorated with unique antiques and artwork that Paolo has collected. Paolo gave us great recommendations for what to see in town. "Schönes gemütliches Hotel. Schwer mit dem Navi zu finden da die Hausnummern versetzt sind. Ein direkter seezugang ist direkt unterhalb des Hauses. Nicht von der Mitteilung auf dem Zettel bei der Begrüßung täuschen lassen. Das Frühstück ist leider NICHT mit im Preis incl. Wenn man nur über Nacht bleibt und man von dem ort selber nichts erwartet ist der Aufenthalt weiter zu empfehlen. Essen kann man ja in ascona und Umgebung ganz gut."
