A great base to enjoy the Keys!
"Our efficiency was spacious and appeared to have been recently remodeled. Everything was clean and functional, there's good sound-proofing between units, and our stay was delightful. My wife used a kayak and a bike, and the staff were helpful in every way. Towels were plentiful (be sure to get / exchange pool towels at the office) and plush.
We arrived after the office had closed for the evening, but our key was waiting for us, and the next morning the staff were very helpful - the young lady in the office was sweet and nice, and she had one of the maintenance staff help my wife get a kayak to the water.
The beach was above average for the Keys, and all the amenities were wonderful. If you want a real Keys experience, the middle Keys are the place to be, and Matacumbe Resort is a great place to stay. "
