Starting with the welcome drink, my wife’s birthday cake, and final day gifts reflect the soft touch of the Indian culture and hospitality is a class by itself. Special shout out to Sukanta and 16th. Floor manager for the extra care with room service. Laundry was always on time. The concierge service was superb as well with my unique needs of scanning documents and even medicine. The security staff came to know us and always smiling...

"The hotel doesn't allow outside food to be delivered picked up which is a major drawback and it has monopoly to order from their own restaurant only. Also they dontclean rooms unless instructed.service was good though but not considered for a stay in future. "
