"The hotel was a very cool industrial style layout with spacious rooms and comfy seating. I didn’t find the bed to be as comfortable as expected and pillows were really lumpy! The location was great and the restaurants were fabulous. Bathroom was clean and roomy. So overall a good stay."

"The property was very clean and accommodating. We booked for two queen beds for both nights and did pre pay for the stay, but we did get in quite late (4 AM) only to find they rented our room, but they did give us a rollaway cot and we made it work, then on the 2nd night they did put us in a 2 queen room, as we had 2 additional guest, so it was needed Staff was very friendly and helpful It was my fault for not calling to say we were still coming, just a lot later than we thought "

"Stayed there for for Royal Rumble Weekend. It took 3 tries to get out keycards to work, but the maintenance worker came quickly. It surprised us that escalators we're not functioning properly (some were, some weren't)... they also didnt have clearly blocked off areas for the side event, so had event security get on us when we walked through an open area, that had zero signage it was a no go zone. Made it seem like paying hotel guests were not worth the cost the payed for said room. The only...

"Had a mishap. The walls were thin or the the other visitors were just loud. I told front desk and the immediately changed my room. I’ve stayed here several other times and never had a major issue with noise"

"We came for the concert, loved that it was just a quick walk across the street. Easy to get to food places in downtown and use the convention center to walk through to stay out of the weather. Hot breakfast in the morning with plenty of choices. Staff was friendly and helpful. Just hate the price hike ( $350) from Friday night to Saturday night because of the concert. "

"The Drury Plaza is a lovely hotel for couples or a family. Conveniently located near I 465. Bed was very comfortable and shower was excellent. We even had maid service refresh the towels and remake the bed. We havent had that kind of hotel service since 2019. Highly recommend the Drury. "

"We stayed for a full week and had a great time in the area. The hotel was super clean, the housekeeping staff was EXCELLENT, the place was always clean. The breakfast was great-the lady who worked it everyday was so efficient-always restocking and cleaning. The front desk staff was great too! Everything was conveniently located to the hotel also. Downtown took 20 mins to get to, as did the Indianapolis Fair Grounds where we were working everyday --we will stay here again for sure"

"Streamlined experience. Inexpensive, quiet, 5 minutes from the airport. Looked like the majority of guests were some type of contractor. Quiet with no frills. Clean. New. Comfy beds, pillows, soft towels. Kitchenette was spotless. Everything is new. The desk agent got us the key. That's it. Not really friendly or engaging. "
