Again nobody picks up the call. WhatsApp messages were late response and information was not completed as needed. I would like to get information on facilities available which I cannot find when Google. When booked only 'Full Board' is available but not the 'Full Package'. I need to know about...

"Clean, new and spacious hotel, also provide free shuttle services to all jetties. The buffet breakfast was great. One of the best hotel at Semporna I reckon "

"Price is low, kitchen can be used to cook seafood purchased from market. There is no window. Room smells mildew. bad for health. It is far from downtown, walking is not possible."
