"The reception had beautiful lights crafted like art. The bar below reception was simply outstanding in terms of views. Room view facing the ocean was mesmerising with the sound of waves crashing soothingly. Staff were all simply top notch, polite, professional and never fail to say hello to you. The only little point which didn't hit the mark was the condition of rooms, definitely very livable, good heated water, superb ocean view but the outlook of room was slightly off which requires some refurbishments and much brighter lights. Other then that its worth the money. 🙂"

"Front the moment Sugar checked me in at the front desk to the every moment of interactions I've had with all staff members of this hotelthey we all very Warm and Sincere. They made me feel like family and I truly felt their love and appreciation. The property is very well maintained, the breakfast, lunch and dinner was fantastic. My all you can eat dining at Chao was exceptional thanks to Penny and Pookpick. My only recommendation would be to over a different option for lunch,as its similar option thats available for the dinner."

"We had an outstanding 10-night stay at the Holiday Inn resort. The accommodations were excellent - the beds were extremely comfortable, and the rooms were nice with roomy, updated showers. The dining was top-notch. With four on-site restaurants, all providing 5-star quality cuisine, we had a wonderful variety of options. The breakfast buffet in particular was a standout, with an outstanding selection that we enjoyed daily. The resort amenities were fabulous as well. The pool area was beautiful, with a large pool and swim-up bar that provided a great space to relax. What really made our stay phenomenal, however, was the exceptional service from the staff. Every employee we encountered was so friendly, helpful and accommodating. Any request was met with a warm smile and first-class service. The location was also ideal, within easy walking distance of the beach, stores like pharmacies and 7-Eleven, local restaurants, and plenty of shopping. You could find everything you needed just steps from the resort. Overall, we had a truly memorable vacation at this Holiday Inn resort. Between the comfortable rooms, delicious dining, great amenities and amenities, top-notch service, and prime location, it provided the total package for a relaxing yet convenient beach getaway. "This resort was absolutely AMAZING. We missed our connecting flight due to other flight delays and when I called to notify them that we would be arriving around 2am, they went above and beyond to still greet us with a warm welcome (and man, did we need it!). Our room was a king room with private access to our pool and jacuzzi tub. That was a very nice treat. The staff was GREAT. Shout out to Yazz who helped us to our room at 2am! Every question we had, whether about the resort or surrounding area, was answered perfectly and quickly by staff. The breakfast was standard; nothing really fancy. The views from the main infinity pool were breathtaking. Rancho the bartender was super friendly and made us some great cocktails. All in all, we really enjoyed our stay. If I had to give any recommendation to this resort it would be two things: 1. Up the lighting within the room. While there were switches for absolutely everything, there was no light whatsoever in the shower and the overall lighting in the room was extremely dim. Can be personal preference, but throwing that out there. 2. While we did select the room with a private walkout to our pool, I wish it had just a bit more access to the mountain views that our room was facing. The privacy hedges were extremely tall and blocked the view almost entirely, which also didn't help the lighting situation in the room. Glad we booked our stay with Avista and would definitely come back here. "
