"Amazing hotel. Top notch service. I was given a room which was cleaned. Although the room was not big but stay was comfortable. Excellent customer support and well trained staff. The best was the food. Good spread and quality food. Well done chef."

"We really enjoyed staying in this hotel. The rooms and facilities were really nice as well as clean. All of the staff were really friendly, lovely and helpful. They were quick to respond to any issue we had. One of which was the fact that the bedrooms didn't have a mirror near to a plug socket. Maybe not used to western women staying. However they quickly found us a mirror for each bedroom. When we seemed to have a problem with the air con late at night, again someone was quick to come and help...

"I had moved from the Sheraton which is a few miles away. This hotel was not as good as Sheraton but yet more expensive. Really disappointing "

"I would never recommend this hotel for stay. They had very bad conditions of the room. I booked non-smoking room at first and they gave us smoking room, which we had to argue for to get the non-smoking room. Even the room was not good at all. There was bathroom faucet keep on leaking and making the noise. "
