I also appreciate that they don’t nickel-and-dime customers for every little thing (valet parking, beach chairs and umbrellas are included in the resort fee)."

"This property is gorgeous! So happy with the service too! They let us check in early, check out late, and use all amenities even after we check out! Our favorite amenity was the free shuttle provided to go to the old town, and back to the hotel. Parking was ridiculously expensive at the town and being able to use the shuttle was such a great help! The staff are extremely accommodating too! Over all our stay was just perfect!"

"Nice hotel, convenient to middle keys. Fishing charters available on site at marina. Comfortable room. Used the gym next door at the sister hotel Mariott which was a little nicer. Would stay again for sure. "

"First time in the keys, captain pips was centrally located. We would consider this property a key west experience not a new and glamorous resort. We enjoyed looking at the ocean from the patio and the authentic feel. There are some amenities on property like kayaks bikes paddle boards, it would be more beneficial for residents if these facilities were available after 4 pm. Kitchen was equipped with enough to cook small meals and reheat items. Inclusion of a cooler was a plus! Pool was open...

"There was a lot of work going on and the backup beeper sounded all day long. On one hand I understand that maintenance is important but when you are on vacation and trying to relax the noise was annoying."

"This place is perfectly located minutes from the beach and bars/restaurants. Self check-in/check out, easy parking. Great fire pits by the canal. Staff handled a noise complaint quickly and professionally. Continental breakfast in a forest of palms. I highly recommend "
