"We absolutely love everything about this property! It's conveniently located about 5 minutes from the airport, about a 5 minute walk to the grocery store, the beach and many nearby restaurants. There is a beautiful lap pool and also, an area for the kids to enjoy pool time. There are restaurants on-site, Soga with a bar and Sobao, in case you don't feel like leaving the hotel. The room was beautifully decorated and the bed was extremely comfortable which was really nice after a long flight. And ALL the hotel staff that we spoke to were very nice, friendly and professional. We will be visiting PR in a few months and plan to stay at this hotel again. "

"We want to give a special shout out to Julio Valle, the food and beverage manager. He went above and beyond the call of customer service. We had a small inconvenience at dinner one evening, and he bent over backwards to apologize for the inconveniences. There should be more people in the work force to mimic Julio’s example of exceptional management. Marriott is lucky and should feel blessed to have him on their team.
