This is the second time that I have stayed at the Holiday Inn Express in Pattaya. For those who wish to experience Pattaya's famous night life, the Holiday Inn Express is an excellent hotel for the following reasons:
1. The rooms are bright, clean, very modern, spacious and very well equipped. Each room has a safe, small fridge and complimentary toiletries.
The pictures of the rooms which are available online are very accurate.
2. The showers are large and self-contained.
3. The common areas are modern and spotlessly clean.
4. The Wi-Fi is excellent.
5. The rooms are cleaned and the sheets and towels are replaced each day.
6. The daily breakfast, which is served between 6-10 am, is excellent.
7. The staff are friendly and helpful.
8. There are onsite laundry facilities which are very reasonably priced.
9. LK Metro is a 5 minute walk from the hotel.
Walking street is a short ride away on a 10 bath bus.
However, for those travellers who wish to go to bed early or who wish to be close to the beach, the Holiday Inn Express is probably not a good choice.
