"We stayed at Matsumi ann at K's villa for 4 nights with family of 6 including 2 young children aging 2 and 4 years old. Property is located in reasonably convenient location with convenience store 3 minutes walk and Kyoto station 15 minutes by walk. I couldn't fault the accommodation. It's exactly as described. There's laundry machine within the premises and 4 bicycles available and free to use. However, as there's shoji (paper base door and very thin glasses, cautions required if you are to...

No hook in bathroom to hang up towels or bathrobe. Instructions as to how to operate the hot water system and washer would be helpful. Construction nearby so kind of noisy in the morning."
