"You're going to pay to stay inside the park so be prepared to be top dollar but in my opinion it was worth it. The cabin was extremely clean, within walking location to the yellowstone falls and the staffing was curtious!"

"This was our 2nd Princess Wilderness Resort and it wasn’t nearly to the standard of the first in Kenai. The rooms are 16 or 32 to a Bungalow and fairly simple, few with any good views or anything special, but certainly serviceable. Restaurants were average and it was very centered on cruise passengers. The Lodge was nice but the Smokey fireplace made it unpleasant. "

Spoke to front desk and even the front desk employee was shocked at price I was quoted by 800 number. They said they weren’t able to change price. Decided to check out and go elsewhere for the second night "

This destination is definitely a better option due to proximity. And the accommodation is as pictured, safe and comfortable. I actually loved the wind’s buffeting the tent at night. And it gets light early enough to get you out of bed and off to the park. "

"Loved our stay here as a base for hiking the Grand Canyon. Easy to get to the park (30 mins by car), amazing experience to sleep in a tent under the stars. Log burner in tent is great as it does get cold at night but this kept us very warm! Staff were super friendly and helpful, although the food service is slow (maybe due to lack of staff/space in the kitchen which could be expected) and expensive for what you get. However, would recommend and will definitely return for sure! "
