"The best Radisson in NCR area probably and great for families. Updated property and room conditions are very good. Room service is decent and you can get a response in 5-10 mins. The reception staff is slow however and it takes more time than usual to check in. But they are very nice and cordial, Ritka even kept my 1 yr old engaged while we waited for transportation, always love staff who show the personal touch, highly recommend her for customer service. "The staff are friendly. Wish more of them can speak in English. The driver not knowing English is a problem. The Security Manager, Room Service staff and front desk staff are excellent and helpful.
