The overall vibe in the coffee and dining area was cool but the outside of the hotel at night felt unsafe. My room had a leak and I notified the front desk, they never got back with me and when asked about it, I was told "oh yea, your room will be out of service after your stay". The room smelled of mildew because the leak was under the carpet.

This was a great place to stay. Thank goodness they have a great coffee bar, it was super helpful. I wanted somewhere decent that wasnt right smack dab in times square, and this was a greag choice. Views were amazing. Totally worth it. Went for Fleet Week with my husband and they were military friendly which is always a plus.
