"Reception Staff Caitlin was extremely help full. The room assigned to us was up 2 flights of stairs. This was not acceptable as we have a dog who needs have a walk at night. To ensure no mess in room. Caitlin found a ground floor room which was great. Cheryl the staff manager was very helpful when we went for breakfast. The hotel is a golf club excellent accommodation and very quite. Nearby there are some follies which I highly recommend for a visit."

I haven’t rated it 5*s as the check in was slow due to there only being on member of staff on at reception, the pool being cold and us not getting bottles of water in our room for the first night but getting them for the second. "Excellent stay. Lovely room, bed, breakfast, and fantastic pool and sauna facilities. The only thing that could improve it would be to have decent phone and WiFi coverage in the rooms. Even if it was an additional cost, decent WiFi would be a real boon, as it’s very hard to work there without it."
