"My husband and I stayed here for one week in April 2023. ALL staff from moment we arrived to checking out were welcoming, courteous, and friendly. Everyone was so lovely and kind and helpful. Excellent air-conditioning in our room, very effective, as was the bathroom and TV. Safe in the wardrobe, kettle, good size bottles of water provided daily. Bed was really wide and we slept well. As we were on the side of the hotel there was quite, which was greatly needed after the city noise. Breakfast was EXCELLENT!! All vegetarian and vegan. Hot and cold. Regional and continental. Changed daily except for the sambar, which was delicious. Hot drinks to order were spot on. We ate at the hotel two evenings. Food again was excellent. Metro station was a few minutes walk away which made getting everywhere in the city achievable. The area itself,both sides of the main road were good. 'Modern Bazaar' shop a few minutes the other way for water and everything really. Can not recommend this hotel enough. The staff should be proud of themselves for making us feel safe and welcome. Often commented how happy we were to turn the corner and see our little oasis welcoming us back. "

"Very nice hotel that met all of our needs. The bed was very comfortable, the rooms were clean with nice amenities, and the staff were very attentative. The location is great as the hotel is a 10 minute walk to the subway which is easy to navigate as a foreigner. I was very happy to see they included soy milk at the breakfast buffet as this is hard to find in India "

"We were upgraded to a suite from a deluxe double as the booked room was not available to us. The third member of our party got the deluxe double room and was very pleased with it. Very spacious and comfortable suite. Hot water was a bit hit and miss during the day but was available in the evening. Unfortunately the swimming pool was closed for maintenance on the day we were there which was irritating as we booked this hotel because it had a pool. We did advise the hotel that the maintenance could be done between 19.00 and 7.00 when the pool is shut anyway to guests."

"I recently stayed at the wonderful hotel with a group of friends and overall, our experience was quite delightful. From check-in to check-out, they made us feel welcome and attended to all our needs promptly. The hotel itself is well-maintained with all the facilities one could ask for during a pleasant stay. The rooms were clean and comfortable, offering a relaxing space to unwind after a day of exploring the city. The amenities provided added a nice touch to our visit, making us feel pampered and well taken care of. However, there was one significant downside to our otherwise fantastic stay - the washroom drainage issue. Unfortunately, the drainage in the washroom was not functioning properly, which made taking showers a less than pleasant experience. Dealing with standing water while trying to shower is definitely not something you want to encounter during your stay at a hotel. Despite this setback, I must commend the staff for their efforts in trying to address the issue promptly. They were apologetic and tried to assist us as best they could, which we appreciated. It's evident that they care about the comfort of their guests and strive to provide a positive experience overall. In conclusion, this hotel is a great choice for those looking for excellent service, friendly staff, and a comfort"

"A nice friendly hostel with great staff. The hostel, rooms, common areas and bathrooms are clean. The bathroom is basic, but functional. There's a mosquito problem indoor, like much of Mumbai. It doesn't help that the doors to the room have holes drilled into them for ventilation. Lots of mosquitos in my room so bring insect repellent. Location is far from the main sights, so expect to use taxis a lot."
