"Although the facility and food were excellent, the staff makes this place a must stay. The staff were so happy and willing to help with any need. A special thank you to Tangmo. She was extremely helpful with an injury sustained (completely my fault) on the monkey trail. We feel very lucky she was there and so willing to help. Her concern for us was very genuine."

"Absolutely LOVED staying at Panan!!! The staff were friendly & helpful from check in to check out. The tours we booked with the excursions desk were all fantastic & reasonably priced. The room we had was just unreal, the 180* views were breathtaking. The hotel is in a pretty great location too, just a short walk to the beachfront, and the way it’s situated, you’re on the main strip, but slightly away from it, which is great as you do not hear any of the hustle or bustle from the room, but still have everything in walking distance. The room was always immaculate when the cleaner came in and the outdoor areas were all solid!! Breakfast was pretty average and the rooftop pool bar was swarming with flies when you went for a happy hour drink. Even with this, I’d stay here every single time I come back to Ao Nang!"

Two night stay in Ao Nang.

"This was only a 2 night stay before staying with my new Thai family. Checkin was quick and efficient. The receptionist was polite and informative. The hotel was very clean together with my room. Internet was strong and consistent. The hotel has a small pool area and a small gym. Only negative thing was my room faced onto the main road. The sound of mopeds travelling under harsh acceleration woke me up a few times but this is totally outside the control of the hotel. Otherwise a very enjoyable two days."
