"We stayed for 2 nights and overall it was a good stay. I noticed some stairs have tiles coming off when walking to breakfast, needs some fixing. Also, we had booked 'Lavender Deluxe' room but we upgraded our room to Maple wing because our room was dull and not the same as it looked in the pictures. My sister had to have her room changed because their toilet was broken and the sink wasn't clean when they checked in. The newer rooms seem to be much better. Spa was good to relax, staff was...

"The room had non working shower, no toilet tissue no soap or any supplies including no coffee or tea bags. The toilet had cleaning tape but on opening WC there was a used toilet tissue floating. Linen when changed had hair on it at least 3 pieces"

"Its far from the panchgani hub/market place. No shops nearby so if you dont have a car, gwtting basic things is a challenge. The non view rooms' windows open right on the road. It has a restaurant that only serves veg thali price 250 bucks. They do get ala carte from a nearby restaurant but min order 500 so dint order that. Thali was ok. What was most dissapointing was the shady kind of rooms. Creaky doors and creaky bed was uncomfortable in the night. I wouldnt want to go there even for staying...

"The hotel is located on a small hill away from the rush of the town. The rooms are spacious and with a good view. The kitchen does not have a tandoor but they get stuff from a near by restaurant which is well equipped, in fact you can walk down there for a multi cuisines. "

Spa was good to relax, staff was friendly and the massage was really good as well. Highly recommend if you're spending a couple of days here. Hotel staff were friendly and accomodating with travel help and anything else we needed. "
