"The staff was most accommodating. We were given rooms on the 4th floor. My mother didn’t like the steps. The hotel moved us to the first floor/ground floor. Awesome rooms. The decor and areas match the pictures. Very soothing and zen environment to sit and enjoy the Jaipur morning and evening. The food was great. We ate there three nights plus breakfast. Excellent spread. The owner lives on the property and keeps an eye on things. His dog putters around the property. "

Travelling along with my senior citizen mom and my very young son during the cold December month, we had special needs in both rooms we had booked. The hotel manager Mr. Anuj went out of his way in making sure that our needs were very well met, even though our stay was just for 1 night. The hotel is nicely decorated and the rooms clean and tidy. "The water didn't get that hot in the shower"

"This is one of the worst experience I had at any hotel. I booked two rooms for a night and they called me telling that they only have one room available. What is the point of booking online if that is not available. The staff was rude and unhelpful. They even disconnected the call without providing any resolution also they didn't answer why the mistake happened. Please avoid this hotel at all cost"

"no water at all anytime.. need to call the reception always for water and then they will switch on motor and after half hour only water will come in bathroom.. photos shown in website are not the same for the room. pathetic rooms and service"
