"Stayed here recently for two nights while the Cricket was on. All the staff are very friendly, polite and helpful, the hotel is modern and our room was very clean and comfortable. Hotel had a driver that did our Airport transfers which was arranged previously without any issues. The hotel has a vegetarian restaurant that is very good and there is all you could want at breakfast time. Would recommend if you are staying in Lucknow. "

"There are lot of improvement that can come , quality of towels very poor, more training session need to be imparted to the housekeeping to keep an eye as to what is needed , they should definitely look into the mosquitos in the lobby. Front Desk Staff is good and eager to help you. Breakfast spread was good and staff very humble. "
