I liked the customer service front office provided. Bedroom was clean. Bathroom sink faucet was in dire need of replacement, faucet handle was loose and kept coming off. Body wash dispenser was not operating properly, had to remove the lid and use my hands to get it out.

Room stinking of cigarettes Bad quality and old furnishing Old towels Terrible breakfast Airport shuttle every TWO HOURS. Hotel’s claim of having airport transfer is misleading. Hotel is far from the airport despite claim of 5 minutes drive. Taxi not conveniently available at the hotel.

It was a comfortable and close to a market which is lower in price than other outlets. The hotel staff were respectful and helpful.
