The only reason the hotel doesn't deserve 5 stars is because they sell day passes to non hotel residents so on a weekend we had to wake up at 7 am to secure sunbeds. There are too many guests for sunbeds/ pool space also. I expect this fight for sunbeds at a budget hotel in benidorm but not from the fairmont in dubai."

"As I live in Massachusetts, the Hilton Dubai Jumeirah is literally halfway around the world; and yet, although I have stayed there on three separate occasions over the past one and one half years, for approximately two weeks each time,the entire staff from front desk, concierge , restaurant staff, house keeping, life guards, doormen, etc., have made me feel completely welcome and at home. It’s a wonderful hotel with lots of fine restaurants, scenic rooftop happy hours, beach and poolside...

"Great hotel. Maybe the best we have stayed in. The safe are incredible. Everyone one of them has so much time for you. We were her for two nights and this was the first stop on our honeymoon. We mentioned it at check in and the next day they left a mouse cake and a bottle of wine for us. Can’t fault the hotel."
