"Awesome place with a great staff. Stayed for a couple of nights for US visa work and this was an ideal location for visiting the VAC and the embassy. Staff is familiar with the visa process and have a good grasp of Hindi/English, so communication was easy and straightforward. They have some sort of a 'visa' package, which apparently includes breakfast, lunch, and dinner at the in-house restaurants; which was a blessing as roaming outside in Chennai in the summer is not fun. "Big shout out to Rose, Sathish & Rithika helping me with all my needs. Concierge’s were awesome with my constant touring weee looking after my luggages. During IPL week, plastic bottles were used. This weekend, I see only glass bottles in my room. I wish plastic was avoided. "
