Only one minimal water bottle were provided. TV was not working. Despite our complain it was not get repaired. No hot was geezer was there. Breakfast was given only one morning. "

They send money electronically directly to the hotel to put us up as we were scammed by another hotel in Goa who pulled the same thing the Plaza was about to try. The owner manager (he claimed to be) told us even after speaking to Hotel.com that he has no booked reservation from them and wanted 5000INR per room per night upfront for us to stay there. That was 30000INR even thought Hotel.com told me the next day they wired money...

"everything about the property was good. great location and walking distance to the main post office bus stand but the internet was horrible, it was too slow in the evening , we were on the 4th floor and my son had to work at night as we were from US , he could not work in the room, very very very slow internet. it was ok on the main floor but noisy and the internet room was not open since covid. he had to book another hotel to save his job and it cost him extra 1000 dollars. the customer service...

"Very quiet local beach nearby, practically to ourselves during the day but a bit busier overnight. Much nicer than the tourist beaches Without a car, would be reliant on taxi etc to get anywhere else. The service was amazing, the kokum welcome drink was lovely!"
